Send Us Your Logo
The easiest way to start a logo project is simple: send us your logo file and tell us what you want it placed on. We will review the artwork, confirm whether it needs digitizing or production cleanup, quote the one-time setup fee, and provide the cost per logo application so you know what each repeat will cost on future scrubs, polos, jackets, tees, hats, bags, gifts, or team apparel.
We Digitize & Prep
For embroidery, your logo must be digitized into a stitch file. Digitizing is a one-time setup fee for each logo/placement size. Once approved, we keep that logo on file for easy reorders.
Approve the Per-Item Cost
After setup, we quote the cost per replication, meaning the price to apply that logo to each item. Pricing depends on stitch count, print size, placement, garment type, quantity, and decoration method.
Best logo files: vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF are ideal. High-resolution PNG files can also work. Screenshots, blurry photos, low-resolution JPEGs, or logos pulled from social media may need cleanup before production.
